ETA REASON TYPES DEFINITIONS
You can define as many reasons as you wish using any of the types below. A reason is a standardized explanation for performing an action in ETA. For example, To "Down" an aircraft from dispatch, ETA forces you to choose an Aircraft Squawk reason. During set-up, you create as many different reasons for Aircraft Squawk as you need. When a user downs an aircraft, all of your Reasons of type "Aircraft Squawk" will appear in the Reason drop down or pick list.

During setup, you define all the different reasons you want. Here is an example for "Aircraft Squawk"

Then when someone tries to down an aircraft, they are required to select from one of the squawk reasons that you created.
